NOTE FROM OUR PRESIDENT

Dear Members,

Danette, Kelley Ann, Liz, Courtney & I are all very excited for the New Year! We have scheduled a year full of impactful programs that will maximize your time & increase your business.

We had a great kickoff on January 11 when Melissa Tosetti provided us with excellent advice on how to prioritize our spending in order to maximize our lifestyle and then Eunice Somerset of Edward Jones showed us how to invest the money we save to provide long-term financial security. Our next meeting will be Friday, February 8 at the Highlands Inn. The mayors of Salinas, Sand City & Carmel and County Supervisor Dave Potter will fill us in on what’s going on in their communities & will be available to answer your questions.

Over the holidays the WCR Boards of Directors adopted a family in need through the YWCA Safehouse & Shelter Outreach. They are always in need of household items, cosmetics, toiletries and cash donations. Contact Shelter Services Coordinator Sandra Boone at 373-6832 to help.

Kelley Ann Foy our new VP of Membership invites you to join us in our first Membership Orientation of the year at Estaban, 700 Munras in Monterey, 4-6PM on Tuesday, February 26. All members or potential members are welcome!
